Terms of Use
SubsDue Terms of Use
Effective date: 5 September 2026
These terms govern use of SubsDue: Subscription Tracker for Android (com.subsdue.subscription.tracker.app). By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, uninstall it.
1. The app
SubsDue is a personal tool to remember recurring bills, trials, and reminder dates. It is not a bank, not a payment processor, and not a budgeting or investment service. It does not pay bills for you and does not connect to your bank or card issuer.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, via Google Play. You may not copy, reverse engineer (except where the law allows), rent, or redistribute the app except as Play’s rules allow.
3. Your content
You are responsible for names, prices, dates, notes, screenshots, and backups you enter. Do not store information you are not allowed to keep on the device.
4. Accuracy
Dates, totals, exchange rates, and reminders can be wrong, delayed, or missed (for example if notifications are denied or the phone’s battery saver blocks alarms). Always confirm charges with the real provider. The app is not financial, tax, or legal advice.
5. Brand names and logos
Brand names, logos, and colors in the catalog belong to their owners. They are used only so you can recognize services you already subscribe to. SubsDue is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Netflix, Spotify, Google, Apple, or any other listed brand.
6. Optional Google Drive
Drive backup is optional and uses your Google account. Google’s terms apply. We are not responsible for Drive outages, quota, or files you delete in Drive.
7. This version
This version is free. It does not include ads or in-app purchases. Features may change in later versions. We may add, change, or remove features, including paid options, with notice in the Play listing and an updated privacy policy where required.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the app for unlawful purposes, to harm others, or in any way that breaks Google Play policies.
9. Disclaimer of warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or that reminders will always fire. Use is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for missed renewals, unexpected charges, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months (which is zero for this free version).
11. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop distributing it on Play. Local data is removed when you uninstall, except copies you exported or backed up.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumer protections that cannot be waived still apply.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date will change. If you keep using the app after an update, you accept the new terms.
